All Taetron products are warranted against defective material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of shipment. Within the warranty period, any product determined to be defective by Taetron’s tech support staff would be repaired or replaced at Taetron’s discretion.
Within the warranty period, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipment of the unit to Taetron, and Taetron will be responsible for shipping this unit back to the customer after repairing or replacement.
The warranty on the product shall not apply to defects resulting from the following:
– Unauthorized repair or modification
– Misuse, negligence, or accident.
To ship a product to Taetron for any purpose, the customer needs to contact our tech support first at support@taetron.com, give us the reasons, obtain the approval and an RMA# code (Return Materials Authorization number) which is valid for 20 days.
